What we do for the environment – we use compact flourescent lights in many fixtures; tea brewing baskets instead of single-use tea bags; compost all our used tea leaves; recycle cups, lids, shipping boxes; upcycle LOTS of items for store display; and we definitely buy locally whenever possible.
